How is Abigenol ® obtained?

Abigenol^® is the first Slovenian natural active ingredient developed on domestic soil. It is the result of domestic knowledge and years of testing conducted by the company ARS Pharmae in collaboration with the Biotechnical Faculty.

It originates in the pristine forests of Kočevje, where the bark of the European silver fir (Abies alba) is sourced from unpolluted environments, free from pesticides and intensive agriculture, ensuring exceptional purity.

Sustainably obtained as a by-product of responsible forestry, every batch is fully traceable from forest to final extract, guaranteeing consistent quality. Using a gentle, 100% water-based extraction process, AlbiPhenol® preserves the full integrity of natural polyphenols without solvents. The Kočevje Forest

The Kočevje forest in Slovenia is one of Europe’s last primeval woodlands, home to centuries-old silver fir trees (Abies alba) that can exceed 60 metres in height.
